You’ll fill out a quick application to tell me a little bit about yourself and your business. If I think I can help you, we’ll get on a quick discovery call to see if we’re a good fit and if it makes sense for us to move forward together.

Step 2: Observing

We’ll look at the overall picture of what’s happening in your business and figure out your unique ability as a leader so you can focus on only doing work you love and delegating anything outside your “zone of genius” to those around you.

Step 3: Orienting

We’re also going to define your BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) along with your core values so you and everyone on your team is crystal clear on where the business is headed and how it needs to be performing in both the short and long term.

Step 4: Deciding

Next up, you and I are going to sit down and come up with a bulletproof plan with detailed steps and contingencies that we’re going to use to scale your business past the $10M+/yr mark predictably and smoothly over the next couple of months.

Step 5: Acting

Once we’ve got your business playbook ironed out, we’re going to act on any immediate opportunities that can produce massive ROI for your business and get the momentum going ASAP.
